The Human Resources Department consists of Holly Buxton (Director of HR) and Shannon Gray (Benefits Coordinator). The city has approximately 120 full-time employees plus over 30 seasonal and temporary employees through the year. The department has ultimate responsibility for all human resource and personnel related issues, such as:
