The City of DeRidder Animal Control Department is located at the end Carter Street. DeRidder Animal Control takes in dogs from the city limits of DeRidder. If you live outside the city limits of DeRidder, you will need to contact Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office at 337-463-3281 for animal problems.
After Hours
Our animal control officers are on call after hours, weekends, and holidays for emergencies only (dog bites, injured animals, loose vicious/dangerous dogs). After hour emergencies, please call the DeRidder Police Department at 337-462-8911.
