MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Beauregard Christian Women’s Job Corps is to give women in need the      opportunity to gain job and life skills to equip them for employment, and to assist in their    spiritual and emotional growth.

 

To accomplish our mission, our classes include:

                                                           

  Business Procedures

  Career Planning

  Conflict Resolution (Non-denominational Bible Study)

  Financial Management

  Health and Nutrition

  Keyboarding and Computer Skills

  Parenting

  Personal Development

  GED Preparation

  On-the-Job Training

 

     Participants must be:

 

·             18 years of age or older

·             Free from alcohol and substance abuse

·             Committed to attending classes and activities

·             Willing to set goals and take steps to achieve those goals

·             Willing to attend Bible study

·             Willing to work with CWJC and her mentor

 

 

Classes are offered in the fall and spring, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to  2:30 p.m. School holidays are recognized.  Each  participant is  given  a  personal  mentor.  A graduation ceremony is held for those who complete the classes.

 

 

This  program  is  provided  at  no  charge  through  donations  from  churches, individuals, businesses and organizations.
