2. New Construction (Residential)
The permit cost for new construction will be $0.55 per square foot under roof. All inspections to include plan review and administrative fees will be covered by this fee. Fee breakdown - 10% of building permit fee is retained by the City for administrative cost, the remaining 90% is for the inspection cost which include plan review. 3. Commercial Construction Prior to a permit being issued the contractor must provide the City of DeRidder with certification and proof of insurance for the 3rd party inspectors and plan reviewer who have been contracted to perform the services.
