The DeRidder Fire Department is governed by the Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service as it relates to employment.
At minimum, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- At least be 18 years of age.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass a Municipal Civil Service Test.
- Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
- Pass a Physical Fitness Test
